1994 volvo 850 parking lights will not turn off.

    I woke up this morning and found the parking lights on my volvo 1994
    850 were on. I went to turn them off but to no avail. I notice that
    the turn signals and emergency flashers do not work. Any ideas what
    the problem may be ?
