My S40 is over heating so I'm going to replace the fan relay & ECT sensor. The problem I'm having is finding the location of the sensor under my hood. Without knowing what it looks like has made it difficult to order the correct sensor. Online there are two different types. One has a wire & the other just the metal tip with a plug directly attached. Thank you for you help & time.
