2000 V70SE Auto Transmission Fluid dipstick location

Where is the dipstick for 2000 automatic V70SE fluid? It is not located as indicated in the Owners Manual.

2000V70SE Light flash & temp loss dash speedometer

Sudden loss of speedometer with flashing dash lights. Most soon go off but the "low gear" light continues to flash. Stopped car. Turned off. Restart & car very slow to first gear, but proceeds.

After 15 minutes, dashboard lighting returns, including speedometer.

ATF fluid at appropriate level and color looks good. Has 150k miles.
