Alarm triggers regularly about every hour! Would like to completely
disconnect and disarm. Any ideas please?

I have same problem two weeks ago. You can try this:

    1. When you're outside the car, close the door (drivers, of course)
    2. Alarm go armed and LED start to blink.
    3. Press "unlock" on remote keyfob.
    4. Alarm disarmed, LED stops to blink
    5. Lock the car with master key and enjoy :)

Disfunction of alarm module is possible reason for that problem. In my case,
it's because of extreme humidity last two months (Croatia). I was turned heating
on maximum for 1 hour, and everything is O.K. for now.

Probably the problem will gone on springtime and summer....

    Good luck.

My suggestion would be to unplug the wire connector at the left hood
latch (on body). This way the alarm will "think" the hood is open and
will wait for the hood to close before arming.

Replace tt with t (twice!) and remove parentheses to email me directly.
(But I check the newsgroup more often than this email address.)
