2002 V70 dash cup holder

    The dash cup holder comes out ok, but when I squeeze the sides to snugly
    grasp a smaller cup, the ratchet that used to hold the sides in do not
    engage. Has anyone on the list experienced this and is there a solution
    short of having a dealer look at it?
