2006 volvo xc 90 randomly wont start

I have recently in the last two months had random starting issues with the xc90. At first it seemed as if it only did it when I was low on fuel or after a refuel. It would just click like the battery was dead but after about 10 mins of waiting it fires right up. I did jump it several times and it starts right up. I started making sure not to get low on fuel since I thought that was the case but it still randomly wouldn't start. Again I would wait 10 to 15 mins and it would fire right up. I have had on like 2 occasions where it wouldn't start until I put cables to it. I have 1 code that reads fuel rail pressure sensor A circuit high output. Any input would be awesome!
