2008 C70 a hard spot in the steering

My 2008 C70 has a hard spot in the steering. It it mostly noticed when it is cold. I have most of the problem when I turn the steering wheel to the left about 10 degrees. It feel like something is sticking. Turn it past that spot and it is fine. Once I drive it for a few miles it seem to go away. Does anyone have experience with this problem?

Did you figure out your cold drive steering hard spot?

I have same on 2014xc70. Few degrees to right it is notchy feeling or a hard spot for the first few right turns of the day.
