having problem removing tensioner, don't know what type and size of the bolt, and where it is located, anybody who has some tips which might be helpful.

Is that the 5 cylinder T5?

On those the tensioner is held by one bolt through the middle. Take the belt off first by rotating the tensioner with a wrench on its hex, then the center bolt comes out. The bolts on these are often Torx, so have a set handy.
