2013 S60 sensus radio upgrade

I have a 2013 S60 that didn't come with the GPS NAV1/1DVD radio. I found a couple of radios with that designation. I installed one and took it to the dealer to have it registered on the car's computer but the dealer said VIDA or whatever version they use now couldn't find the radio. I have VIDA 2014D but haven't tried to use it on this car yet other than connecting with the car and reading the parts.
What do I need to do to get the software I need?

What do I need to do to get the software I need?

Adding a unit the car didn't come with means the car's configuration has to be changed on Volvo's end and new software downloaded. Offline VIDA 2014D can diagnose but can't do software downloads, which is why it can't find it. An indie with a current VIDA subscription might be able to do it cheaper than the dealer. Did the dealer say whether they could change the car's configuration, or just that it wasn't found?
