Per recommendations from this ng, pulled out the turn signal relay,
popped the cover off, and examined the solder joints.
Everything looked clean and tight so I plugged it back in with the cover
off to see if it might work.
Worked fine.
I snapped the cover back on and it stopped working.
Looked inside the cover and it appears to have a support for the board
molded into the bottom.
Took the cover off, rotated it 180° so the 'guide' was opposite the
board, put it back on and it works... Go figure.
