91 volvo 240 gl

    I have no low beam head lights have replaced both relays one under dash in April the one by the battery today. My power windows don't work. My power locks don't work. If I can click the low and high beam switch and the light on the radio comes on everything works execpt low beams if light doesn't come I have head lights high beam but no tail lights or brake lights
