940 1993 - Clock Delay - Correct Clock frequency

My clock loose 1-2 minutes at day, inside the Yazaki Control Panel of for my 940 Polar 1993. I need to change the oscillator quartz J3DM (old signed). Which is the correct FREQUENCY of quartz? And Capacitance ? May be 32.768kHz or 4.194304MHz ? Thanks

Which is the correct FREQUENCY of quartz?

I don't know the right value for that exact crystal off the top of my head. Before replacing it, check whether there's a small adjustable trimmer capacitor next to the crystal on the board, because turning that is how those clocks are normally adjusted for gaining or losing time. If you do replace it, a frequency counter on the old one while it's running will tell you exactly which value you need. Does yours have a trimmer?
