940 1993 - Clock Delay - Correct Clock frequency

My clock loose 1-2 minutes at day, inside the Yazaki Control Panel of for my 940 Polar 1993. I need to change the oscillator quartz J3DM (old signed). Which is the correct FREQUENCY of quartz? And Capacitance ? May be 32.768kHz or 4.194304MHz ? Thanks
