940 2ltr petrol clutch change

Hi chaps!
Clutch is gone (spinning out) on my 940 estate (lreg 2ltr injection).
My question is how hard is it to fit a new clutch kit? I have a bit of mechanical experience but am really an amateur! Any help appreciated.
