960 Hand brake adjustment Q

    Hi;

    How does one get the center console off to get at the hand brake
    adjustment between the two from seats?

    Not sure about the 960,but on some models I remember taking the rear
    ashtray out and reaching in and adjusting a big plastic nut with my
    hand.
