alternator belt tension bracket

1989 240 dl B230F engine The bolt that holds the bracket is broken off inside the engine block. Fixes? Alternatives?

I would recommend to remove the alternator out (battery negative disconnected) carefully drill a hole in the middle, using a proper size easy out and remove the broken bolt.
