Back seat 245 in 145?

Hi, I have an 145 /1972 and I wonder if a back seat of the early model 245
fits into it?

Wanna buy a real 145 back seat? I have a black one from a 1970 model
that i'll never use. (don't want to give up what little storage space
ther is in a 145)

I can tell you that the seat bottom is interchangeable between a '74 145
and a '76 245, I did that. I didn't change the back, but they did look
the same.
