Cam seals leak

Hello, I have a 1997 volvo 960 that's leaking lots of oil from the cam seals and wanting to replace them.
The lowest estimate was $900 because of all the labor involved.
I can do it myself if I can get my hands on a video or a manual though, any help on that?
