Hello everyone.
I just got a 99 S70 with 75,000. miles. I change the struts and now it makes this noise as if a pump is running. Its a noise that started after I put in the struts. It comes on after 1 min. and only stays on for about 1-2 min. It's coming from under the hood, driver side above and near the break and strut assembly. I did a fuel check and the fuel pump is working. I need to get this problem solved because I want to move asap.
