I changed the wiper arm and when I was plugging the cluster back in I must have plugged something in wrong because it killed my car and burnt up something in the cluster. I unplugged the whole thing and managed to drive home. The car however beeps the whole time it's running like a door is open even though they are not. It also beeps every time I turn the radio on. Please help really trying to figure out what I did wrong and fix it. I know I'm going to have to buy a new cluster, but I need help with plugging the wires back in and really would like the beeping to stop. Thanks in advance.
