A friend of mine own a 1998 V70 T5, the trimming of both front doors is
starting
to peel off from the door panels ... probably due to the famous glue problem
of that year, his car being off the warranty, the dealer will not do
anything about it.
I was wondering if any of you guys had experience in fixing this ?
We were thinking to remove the panels, drill small holes (from the back
side) every places
that the trimming is bubbling-up and inject some sort of glue and set the
lining back in place.
Is this feasible, or is there any other tried and proven method ?
