Headlight problem,linkage seems to be loose,any information how to fix

Hey there guys,ive recently bought a 480es and the passenger side light does not pop up.I can hear the motor trying to raise the lamp so IvI'had a good look and think it's the linkage bar between the motor and lamp seems to be very loose.could this be the problem and any ideas how to fix my problem.
