We have 2014 XC60 SUV. We purchased the car new in 2013. The passenger seat has never gotten warm as the driver's seat. I have taken it back numerous times, but the dealer has failed to correct the problem. The adjusted the software somehow and has "turned up the heat". But it has not corrected the problem. I don't really think that they actually did anything to it. Our 3 year warranty is about to expire.
