0 07S40 Jun 15, 2018 #1 I have heard of this happening before. I went to put wiper fluid in my 07 S40 and when I pull the inside latch, the hood doesn't pop up (at all) so that you can release the safety latch. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks in advance!
