The beat up Dec 97 white volvo T5 ex police with 196,000 sold for 1700
pounds. This is with poverty spec, poor paint work where holes in roof
have been painted etc, bits of trim missing from inside and holes in

Or you could have this for 450 more. 1 private owner red T5 SE spec
(with cream leather seats, cruise control, climate control, pioneer
stereo system etc) and only 141,000 spec. A Feb 99 model as opposed to
Dec 97 for the police one. Also came with the reg S70 TRB. That was
    sold for 2150.

    Which would you rather have?

I'm sorry, but when I checked out the first LA "saint" Volvo, I
couldn't help but ask myself if the movile foot warmer came with the
    car.

If you're looking at whether or not a particular car is worth the
asking price, the obvious applies, get the car checked out by a
trushted mechanic to verify the condition, and check the magazines or
local auto websites to verify the prices are in line with reality.

Of course, just having sold an aircraft plan reprint for about $30US
which cost me considerably less, auction fever can be a good thing if
    you're selling.
