Our kickdown cable on our 1992 Volvo 240 is totally loose! It won't tighten at all now (our father's tried to help and only loosened it more! ) it won't go back in at all now. Its going to ruin our engine and our engine and transmission are in pretty decent shape, but we don't know what to do now. Its so loose it won't shift the first time until about 35mph and a second time at 60mph! Help! If anyone has any ideas or suggestions they'd be greatly appreciated y'all!
