installing problem of Autocom

    i got Autocom Pro, when installing I got this error message:
    "CARS has encountered a problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
    input string was not in a correct format"
    i have conneted with the UOBD2.com after-service, not reply yet

    I can not start the program.
    help!!!
