Investigation of 1sourceautowarranty.com

Discussion in 'General Motoring' started by Hassan Zavareei, Jul 1, 2003.

  1. I am an attorney in Washington, D.C. and I am investigating claims
that 1sourceautowarranty.com may have systematically terminated
coverage under their warranties when the resale value of the insured
automobile exceeds the cost of the repair, even when the policy limit
has not been reached. If you own a policy with
1sourceautowarranty.com and have experienced this problem, or any
other practice by 1sourceautowarranty.com that you believe was unfair
or in violation of your warranty agreement, please feel free to send
me an email at . Please include a telephone number and
the state in which you reside.

I am posting this request on these groups because it appears that
representatives of 1sourceautowarranty may have sent out spam messages
to numerous groups with almost identical messages falsely claiming to
    be satisfied customers of 1sourcewarranty.com.

For example, it appears that all of the following postings were made
on the same day, by the same person, with the same language, but
supposedly differnet makes and models of cars:

    HAHAHA.....Listen to you!
A sentence should never start with the word 'and'.

Are you going to try to sell your "service" in the future if you get
    enough responses?

    Massive cross posting isn't cool.

    What if you're Jewish! <G>
I guess you got me there.
Then again, I don't end a sentence with that word.

I'm not Jewish, so I don't get that joke. Could you please explain it to me?
    Thanks,
