I’ve had my 1986 240dl wagon for 33 years and it was on the road up until 3 years ago. Nothing major wrong just was given a1999 Volvo that had AC to drive. However it was totaled and now I need new transportation. The 240,s body is in good shape no rust other than around back hatch. How’re there is rust underneath and especially around bottom drivers door. No AC? Odometer stopped years ago? Probably needs clutch? Does anyone know how much it would cost to get this car completely restored? Mechanically? Rust repair? Cosmetically inside? Even just a guess would be helpful. I’ve attached some pictures.
