Just checked...the car indeed does have a lockup transmission, so I'm
not sure exactly what is going on. It's not a terrible shift, so it
could be normal and I just never noticed it; but my 1998 V70XC is a
whole lot smoother when it comes to shifting...that may have to do with
increased horsepower, though.
I'm not too worried about it...but it's definitely not a
lockup/non-lockup thing.
