940 SE Turbo Wagon
On hard acceleration on the highway, power drops off and car slows downtown about 40 km. Going up any hill and applying gas will also have to same result. Doesn't happen on flat road and will happily cruise at 120 km. The turbo is seized completely. Would this be the cause of this problem?
