OEM Volvo accessories - 1991 240

I have recently purchased a 1991 240 wagon in immaculate condition
from the original owners. Currently I am interested in purchasing
some OEM accessories for the car. Please don't say I should just go
to aftermarket suppliers - I have gone to them and there are a few
things I have seen that only Volvo has.

Does anyone know if Volvo dealers can obtain accessories for 240
models? The local dealer puts out accessory brochures, but they only
cover 2003 models. I did find a 1991 accessory book for Volvo in the
cargo compartment of the 240. It has a long list of accessories with
all the part numbers. Thanks in advance.

If you already have the accessories book with all the part numbers, the
easiest way is to write down the part number / part description then go to
your local Volvo dealer and ask them if they still have it or if they can
order it in from Sweden for you. Depends on what you're after, sometimes
it'll still be available sometimes it's out of production. Sometimes it's
available, but it's been updated / modified since the catalogue was printed
and will have a different part number than in the catalogue. I've bought
quite a few OEM accessories for my 1990 Volvo 740 from the dealer in the
last 2 years.
