Okay, did Volvo help Ford with this one or what? Ford "Freestyle" looks like an XC70 to me

Doubtful because the C70 and V70, when they shared a platform, were on a
platform dating to 1992. I think you mean the current Volvo "large car"
S60/V70/S80/XC90 platform.

I did read. Did you see this from Gus?
Maybe the reality is that the XC70 was really designed by FORD? Either way,
I am not surprised since the rumor is that the next Taurus will be based on
the C70 and V70.

By the way, Ford was thinking of replacing the Taurus with a Volvo
platform but latest I heard is that it won't happen.
