Original factory shim sizes for a 1992 240 DL B230F?

Does anyone know what the factory valve shims were on a '92 240 DL with a B230F engine? They are unlabeled on my vehicle and I am curious what they were so I could figure out how much they wore down over 150,000 miles.

I've seen that maybe they were 4mm or 4.025mm, but I can't seem to find the exact measurement anywhere.

Mine are currently measuring about ~ 3.9mm or so.
