RTI Navigation system, but no TMC. Anyone?

    Hi,
    My 2001 C70 Conv. came equipped with the Volvo RTI navigation system.
    According to the manual, it should also have the TMC feature (via FM radio
    specific traffic messages should be available for the navigation system).
    Some time ago the local broadcaster (OE3, Austria) proudly announced they
    are now sending TMC information. However, ... I have not seen any message
    since. The RTI system tells me it has detected the OE3 station as a valid
    TMC station, but when I ask for the current messages the reply is 'No
    traffic messages available'
    Anybody know more about this? I'm using a 2001 CDrom map.
