s40 intermittent engine cut out

Plz help.. i have a 2005 s40 2.0D. I have owned the car a couple of weeks and have discovered a weird fault.. as im driving on the motorway all of a sudden all the dash lights will flicker on/off and the engine cuts out for a fraction of a second and the same warning of Anti~skid temp off appeares on the dash.. sometimes the radio will cut out as well.. also occasionally at low speeds the engine will just cut out with the same message.. i love this car but this fault is driving me mad.. ive had the CEM cleaned hoping this would fix the fault but no luck.. thank u for reading this
