S60 R Lighter plug

    I have a 2006 S60 R and the part I feel is annoying is that you have to have
    the key in the ignition, in order to have the lighter jack turn on.

    Is there any way to change this so the jack will be on all the time so I can
    do something like charge my cell phone while I am at work and my phone is in
    the car....
