S70 Blows Only Hot Air

My 1998 S70 has decided that even when the A/C is on, it will blow only hot,
hot, hot air on the driver side. The passenger side get nice cool air. As
the local temp is now hitting summer peaks, it's a bit annoying.

Any suggestions on why this is happening and how to remedy?
