Speaking going on

Hello. My 1996 Volvo 850 starting squeaking after i drove it and braked several times. I thought i needed new brakes pads. When I went to change them they did not look worn. I changed them anyway. It does the same thing. After about 20 minutes and several brakes, it squeaks from the left front. Calipers collapse just fine. Rotors do not even remotely look worn. I can't figure it out
