SRS and Overdrive dashlights came on?

Hey everyone my 1992 volvo 240 GL's Overdrive and SRS lights came on and I lost the ability to turn on my headlights and use powered windows not sure what happened none of the fuses popped and I'm currently stuck any ideas to as why this happened???
