Throttle sensor replacement fastest way

I am working on a 1999 volvo t5 and wnt start was running great but started slowing down and being sluggish now wont start so ran diagnostic on it said on two different ones same thing throttle position sensor..
Question being wheres exactly located and whats fastest way to to get this done ots being real pain and what all tools will i need get job done anyone know????
