V 70 rear shelf

I have bought a 2001 V70 estate.
The car is missing the pull shelf which pulls out from behind the rear seats
and hides what is in the boot.

Can I fit the same shelf from the older version V70 in the newer are they
interchangeable.

Nope, the boot has different shapes, and different mountings.

I think for the new 2001 model, the security cover is also new. The rear
cabin is shaped differently, and the interior colors also changed slightly.
