    Hi again.

    Does anyone have a factory-fitted dual-fuel LPG V40?

If so, can you tell me whatg the boot area looks like?
Even send me a photo of it?

I've had LPG fitted to mine, but have a dilema regarding what tank to fit.
As the spare wheel wellis very small, I can only fit a tiny doughnut tank in
there without fouling the wheel well cover.

Someone told me the dual-fuel V40's boot area was identical to a standard
one, so I could buy & fit the raised boot floor cover fitted to dual-fuel
    V40s.
This would allow me to fit a far larger doughnut tank beneath it, like a
    factory-fit dual-fuel V40.

But the exploded diagram my Volvo dealer gave me makes out that the boot
area is slightly different to a standard V40's, making me doubt if the
raised boot floor cover would easily fit into my V40's boot area.

If anyone can tell me about it, or send a photos, or even allow me to come
and view their V40, I would be greatly appreciative!

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Dave.

  2. dont forget to put stronger springs in the rear to cope with the extra
load and expect 10%lower fuel economy roughly .Put colder plugs in close
the gap up a bit .Use quality oil and change it on time. Gas interreats
with oil and makes it a bit acid .25 years of using lpg doing my own
work says I know what I am talking about .
