Volvo 240 wagon - tail lights and brake lights not working

My center mounted stop light, rear fog lights, and turn signals are working but my brake lights and taillights have stopped working. Can anyone give me a place to start looking to fix the problem.

My fuses are old but they look fine.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
