    I have a 1997 960 wagon with 130K. About 2 years ago, I had a
radiator fail and it was replaced by local mechanic with an
aftermarket unit. It was replaced twice under warranty. Well, the
third unit has failed. Do volvo dealers still carry the proper
radiator? The aftermarket unit fails at a surplus fitting that a hose
connects with on other models. This plug has been sealed off on my
    radiator. Thanks.

I had this issue with a Ford Falcon 6 cylinder ,it kept blowing out .The
problem was the seal on the radiator cap had expanded leaving no release
path for pressure .A simple trim fixed it with a replacement cap very soon
    after .
