I just bought 03 S60 T5 with only one key and one remote, that needs new codes. At Volvo dealership I found the cut key according to VIN # doesn't work, meaning the original locks must have been replaced. There is no way to find numbers for that new lock. What to do now? Maybe there is a way to read codes from the key I have, dealer promised to ask Volvo. Is there any other way to have a second, working key? I am a bit scared discovering the new lock costs around $3000....
