Yet Another Replacement Wheel Question.....

    I'm replacing the wheels on my 86 740 turbo in order to relieve some
    bent wheel wobble.

    In my research, I've read that there are some wheels that I can buy
    that just bolt onto the lugs without regard for securing on the hub;
    thus, resulting in a off-balance wheel after a while.

    I'm trying to avoid this, but am not sure what to ask when looking in
    order to determine if a particular wheel is the right kind or the
    wrong kind.

    Then, there is the question about these rings or spacers to make
    wheels fit my car.....are these acceptable, or a poor attempt at a
    fix?

    Since I'm doing this for function more than looks, I'm skimping on the
    cost a bit. I found some FINN wheels locally with the right bolt
    pattern and in the price range I wanted (low), but can't figure out
    what else I need to know if they'll fit right or not.

    Can anyone fill in the gaps of my knowledge so that I can make the
    best choice?

    Thanks!!
