HELP cant get V70 rear doors or Tailgate to open

Rear doors Tailgate petrol door stuck cant open from outside.+ no dashboard lights can anyone help.
This is crazy had to crawl out through front doors THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE if car was in trouble!

Can anyone help???
