Help on my A/C unit!

This is a repost.

The A/C unit on my '99 XC70 (auto-temp) will not kick into the recirculation
mode. I press it manually and the light comes on but the blower speed
remains the same and I don't hear any movement from the flap. The unit is
fully charged and runs cold. Any thoughts?
