S40 2000 volvo - alarm system.. immmobiliser button

can someone told where the I can find the "immobiliser button?"

Changing the front headlights on the volvo has been quite hard. The driver
side lights were easy to do remove the battery, remove the plastic covers
and pull out the bulbs. On the driver side on the evil windshield wiper
fluid container is on the way of the plastic lids that cover the bulbs. Is
there an easy way to remove the bulbs that I am not seeing here? Can anyone
tell me how they would approach this problem? Thank you.

I've given up on doing it in my 2000 S40. It doesn't cost a lot more to buy
the bulb from a local service station and letthem install it.

Engineers have a saying: The guy who designed htis should have to repair
it.

Every car I've, owned since my first one in 1947, has had some problem(s)
like this.
