V70 fog lights

I have a 2001 V70 2.4T that has fog lights (with bulbs installed). There is
no switch to operate them. How do I turn them on?
Also, How do I remove the entire fog light assembly, one got damaged when I
hit a wayward rubber road cone at 70 mph.

Switch should be the headlight switch along the bottom of the switch
